TNG Expectations

During the active time with TNG, members attend weekly training sessions, are given homework assignments, interact with each other, and actively seek their new position. All TNG members are responsible for tracking and reporting their activities and seeking mentorship within the group and its facilitators.

Each TNG member must be invited to the group by an existing member, alumnus, or via the group facilitator(s) or TNG management. There is a screening process each member goes through before being asked to join a group. Once invited to join, the new member agrees to the following requirements:

    • To actively engage all members of their group, other TNG members, and alumnus
    • Agree to hold themselves accountable for all assignments
    • Actively participate in group meetings
    • Seek out group facilitator(s) and management

Members who cannot maintain these expectations may lose their membership privileges.

The weekly meetings follow a standard protocol, including:

    • Member check in and accountability update – 45 to 1 hour
    • Training program – 30 minutes to 1 hour
    • Homework assignments are provided by email each week.
